Didn't stay in the guest cottages on this lovely wine farm but made reservations for supper with a friend.

Situated on the outskirts of Somerset West, the restaurant overlooks the farm vineyards with views of the ocean and mountains in the distance. Staff were professional and very friendly.

We chose to sit on the terrace, it was a beautiful summer evening so it was the obvious choice. Magic happens as the sun sets, try it for yourself. For cooler winter eats, the indoor restaurant looks cosy with a fireplace and the promise of an intimate and different dining experience.

The menu offers authentic Italian dishes and staff were adept at explaining the intricacies of each. Our food was superb, herbs and veg grown on the farm organically, prepared with heart and perfection. I loved the homemade ravioli, quite delightful. Wine served is their own.

Good food, wonderful staff, and a welcoming part-of-the-family feeling make this a special experience. Can't wait to go back.
